Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I appreciate the care that the enterprise team gave to me during my time of need. Everything was smooth and headache free. I had to re-rent the car several times due to my car being in the shop an extended period of time. Thank you all so much!

Frequently use Enterprise and have had no prior issues until returning at this branch. Supposed to be a 1day rental with return before 3pm per the rental agreement. Showed up at 2:45pm and they were closed with no drop off box for keys available. They were closed the following day so had to return next business day. Spoke with Candice who failed to even introduce herself and has poor customer service and inappropriate delivery. Basically told me that I was SOL and to call Donovan; another branch manager. Donovan was also dry and could care less, did not even want to take the rental agreement to pull information and pretty much gaslit me that they close at 2pm despite the fact the agreement said 3pm. He then tells me to call the branch where I rented from and have them give him a call. Unre

Too pissed to fully express my experience, but the jest in bullet points. 1. the reservation I placed went to another location. 2. Luckily day before reservation they called, caught it, transferred to agent, confirmed at correct location. 3.go to get, reservation was at previous. A. ok, no truck as requested. B. different agent than past times. asked if getting their insurance, I said my card should be on it, he says whats that #, I don't know nothing about a#.so needing to go, I got their insurance. Nothing happens. Added/Extra cost for no reason, my card would have covered. But IMO it's a business finesse tactic. 4.called Coporareon Tuesday, someone will call you back. Scott at the Americus store is amazing. He is very knowledgeable Professional and understands customers need. Thank you Scott for taking care of my rental needs and any concerns I can during my rental time. I think he should have a higher position within the company. We need more people like Scott in this world. I’m forever an Enterprise Rental Car customer because of this experience. Keep up the good work Scott.
