Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Rented a car through Enterprise for the first time, and the experience was very pleasant! The pricing was relatively straight forward, although there is a $300 deposit they ask for that I wasn’t quite aware of when making my reservation. I may have missed some details throughout that process however. Overall, the vehicle drove smoothly and the staff at this office were super friendly and more than willing to answer any questions! Would definitely recommend if you need a car for a few days. Only thing to be mindful of I guess is that the vehicles they have available may be limited, so definitely book early.

Great experience with enterprise. I originally had a rental with another company, who didn’t have a car available at the site - not even the next day when I called. So I called Enterprise who found a car for me quickly. Friendly agents on site helped with pickup and return. I will stick with Enterprise in the future

Took a car for 3 weeks, got the car in pristine condition, staff was very helpful in clearing doubts, followed all the instructions for having the car, returned the car, price was decent, got security deposit back on same day, got a refund for a fee we were charged by mistake. All in all, one of the best (if the best) experiences I had with renting with Enterprise, would definitely recommend to anyone going from Ames, will come here again
