Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Juwan and Akilah made my Enterprise rental experience super smooth. There was an issue with the pricing and the vehicle I originally booked, but Juwan was fantastic, he fully accommodated me and quickly fixed everything so I could get on the road without stress. The car itself was a great ride, clean and comfortable. When it was time to return it, Akilah was just as helpful. She assisted me with changing the drop off location and confirmed everything was good to go, which made the return process easy and worry free. Overall, great customer service and a solid rental experience.

Mr. Alfaro made sure we were satisfied with the car he provided - and all this was in the middle of a snowstorm! had one of the worst rental experiences with Enterprise. I booked my reservation in advance, yet I did not receive the vehicle I selected. I was told it was the only car available, even though I had my entire trip planned around the reservation. The car they gave me was damaged and had an extremely strong cigarette odor from the moment I opened the door. The smell was so overwhelming that it soaked into my clothing, jackets, and even the pillows I had with me. I now have to pay for dry cleaning and I had to throw away two pillows because they were completely ruined. What made the situation even worse is that my son was in the car and felt sick multiple times because of the intense smell. This is absolutely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of quality control and customer care. I did

I was sent to this location for a rental while my car was in the shop (Caliber Collision). The one positive part of the experience was that they did have a vehicle available and I was able to get into it quickly. Unfortunately, that is where the positive experience ended. The car was filthy on the outside. I understand there had been a snow and ice storm two weeks prior, but this was far beyond what would be considered acceptable. It was the only vehicle available and I needed transportation, so I had no choice but to take it. They also failed to properly complete my information at pickup and asked me to come back the next day to resolve their reporting issue. The Arlington (Shirlington) location was so disorganized and unprofessional: o. had to wait an hour for the vehicle when i was told it would arrive in 10 mins. o while waiting, i watch the manager introduced himself by name and title to everyone who came after me. i didn't get that kind of welcome. o when the vehicle did arrive i was told it was empty of gas and that i would have to stop and get some o before i drove off i told the assistant manager, who was outside at the next care, about the no gas and how i was told to stop and get some gas, offered no assistance nor feedback. o when i returned the vehicle 2 days later, he still had nothing to say. btw, the interior windows were filthy and i had to stop for windex to clean them.
