Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Less than thirty miles after I picked up me rental the PSI sensor flashed that the rear passenger tire was low and by the time I pulled off at the next exit (1.5 miles later) it was flat and totally undrivable. I called roadside assistance and they told me they were unable to bring a spare and that the car would need to be replaced, but they weren't able to bring the replacement car to me and I couldn't pick up the replacement until the current rental (with the flat) had been picked up by the tow company. Therefore the representative's BEST SOLUTION for me was to unload all of my stuff and my two dogs and stand on the side of the road in the ice and snow in 7 degrees, wait for the tow truck to pick up the rental, and then Enterprise would order me an Uber (even though they are not dog frie

I rent from this location almost every week for work. Each person I have dealt with is a joy to talk to and they are extremely helpful. The almost all know me on a first name basis. The cars are always in top shape (almost new and very low miles) and I wouldnt rent with any others at AVP. I have rented many times from Avis (cars are always high miles and not always clean and Hertz is way overpriced).

Absolutely fantastic experience with the airport Enterprise! The staff is exceptional and truly goes above and beyond to ensure you get the best car available in town. Their customer service is unparalleled, and it's clear that they genuinely care about their customers. What impressed me most was the quality of the cars—they're all in excellent condition, and it's rare to find one with an odometer over 10k miles. More than anything, the warmth and friendliness of the people at Enterprise made my rental experience unforgettable. Highly recommend!

Used Budget Car Rentals all my life and avoided Enterprise at all costs because of horror stories I have heard of. Had an emergency and needed a car quickly. Enterprise saved the day. My first time Enterprise experience was wonderful. The front desk agent was a huge help making it quick and painless. My car was very clean and practically brand new Don't be discouraged by the bad reviews, all of those reviews are from people with bad credit who are broke to be honest which is why they whine about the deposit fees. I'll definitely be a repeat customer.

Well first thing, I was told that I did not need a deposit being that I had a round trip flight. I was told just show that you have a return flight and you would be ok. Well that was not true. The lady at front desk said no no you have to always leave a deposit. Which is also not true. I have rented a car from the Elmira NY airport. All I did was show that I had a return flight and I was good to go. But other than that it was a fast and easy transaction. Thank you for the rental car. I will rent from enterprise again but they need to get on the same page.
