Best experience I have ever had. Car was super clean full tank of Gas paper work was easy the employee name was Brittany she was professional knew her job very well was kind was friendly and she did not rush me she let me take my time. I also love the email and text update it made the rental very easy. I enter and got a prize ( ENTER PRIZE- GET IT)ENTERPRISE) I NEED A RIDE HOME WHICH WAD FIVE minutes away and the driver employee name was Tay he was great kind and caring also help me to look at a new Camry since i mention i have a camry bit I want to get a car like the one I rented I love it Nissan Sentra they will get me where I need to be to purchase they car Thank you for great employees

I recently rented a car from the Baytown location on North Main, and the pickup experience was very disappointing. The woman with red hair (Mackenzie), I believe, who may be a manager was unhelpful from the moment I walked in. She made the process unnecessarily difficult and carried herself in an unprofessional manner. She even appeared irritated when I asked simple questions. While I remained calm, her attitude was unwarranted. If I rent here again, I would prefer not to interact with her. Mackenzie could benefit from improving her customer service skills. When we went outside to pick up the car, she simply said the car was “good,” instructed me to return it with a full tank, and walked off—no walk-around, no explanation, no opportunity for questions. The process felt rushed and careless

Excellent experience and customer service provided by Lauren. She was kind and considerate enough to even give me a ride back home saving me money on an uber. The pick up and drop off was under five minutes both times and it was a seamless process.

Fantastic location! Brittany will totally hook you up!!! I had a vehicle need when my primary vehicle was destroyed by an 8-Point buck. This location took care of things from the moment I walked in, they worked with my Insurance carrier to negotiate a low, weekly rental rate and got me back on the road so I could go negotiate for a permanent vehicle. They have a wide selection on the lot and source from nearby locations to get what you need. I can’t say enough about Brittany and the team. Keep up the great work folks!!
