Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I’ve been waiting for a callback regarding a claim to repair my vehicle after being hit by one of your insured drivers, and I’ve received nothing but silence. When your insured damages someone else’s vehicle, ignoring the claim doesn’t make it disappear. It just shows a complete lack of accountability and professionalism. Enterprise, I’m asking for a public response here — because calls clearly aren’t working. This is a legitimate claim, and I expect someone to contact me immediately to resolve it. A company this large should not need to be chased to do the right thing. Do better.

Enterprise is always very easy and quick to get a rental. The employees always have a great attitude and are very knowledgeable. Great place to rent a vehicle. Gave me a free upgrade when I got there. Needed the vehicle the next day, and they had it ready to go for me.

Absolutely dissatisfied with the Belfast location. Completely disorganized. Messed up my car rental twice. Gave me the wrong size car but charged me full price for the one I needed. Gave it to me filthy.
