Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Tommy and the team here were great. We’re not customers here, actually from out-of-state—but while traveling, we caught a flat tire. They made sure we were set up with roadside assistance, stayed on the phone with us & had a vehicle ready to go for us. They turned a terrible and unplanned event into a seemingless process and got us back on the road. We need more GOOD people in the world that just help people, not with a thought of how it will benefit them. Appreciate you guys.

Very scammy. They gave my car away to someone else and then lie to my face. They try to downgrade my rental two levels. I waited 4 hours before they got my rental ready. Unfortunately, the car I received was not mechanically sound and I had to take it for repairs. Leaving me with another day on vacation without a car. The repair shop recommended tires. Which Enterprise declined the new tires that were recommended. So now I have to drive back home thumping around in a disrepair vehicle. Don't go to the Bridgeport Enterprise!

I cannot say enough great things about Tommy at the Enterprise location in Bridgeport. After a very disappointing experience at another location where I had a confirmed reservation but was told no cars were available…Tommy truly saved the day. I was on my way to an important Kleinfeld bridal appointment in NYC with my daughter and family, and the last thing I needed was to be late. My first point of contact with Tommy was over the phone, and from that very moment he was friendly, calm, and incredibly understanding of my frustration. He immediately took charge of the situation, found a solution, and had everything ready so that when I arrived, I was quickly on my way. Every single employee in this location is first class. Accommodating, quick and makes the rental process easy. Highly recommend these guys if you need a rental, ask Wes to perform- he’ll come through every time!

I have used this location (370 North Avenue Bridgeport) several times. They are different from any other rental place I used. Their dedication, care and professionalism has been exceptional.
