Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Unfortunately, I recently had a disappointing customer service experience with a non-manager employee named Chris at this Enterprise location. Prior to arrival I confirmed with Enterprise that my 18-year old son could be added as an approved driver under my rental agreement. However, when we arrived for our scheduled pickup, Chris insisted confidently, and without verification, that the policy did not allow this. Believing there may been a misunderstanding, I explained that I had confirmed this in advance and that my daughter had previously been approved as an 18-year old driver at this same location. When I requested that Chris verify the policy or call his manager for clarification, he refused and said "No, I'm not going to do that". His response was also observed by two other custom

I cannot say enough about the Buda Enterprise branch. Everyone I've been in contact with has been professional, friendly, willing to not only help, but go above and beyond expectations. Chris, the manager, was exceptional and had patience with me as I navigated through a game of Musical Rental Cars for a week. I had great, friendly, and quick service while wife’s vehicle was being repaired. Insurance company was only allowing a tiny car to be given but was given a free upgrade to a van that better suited the family’s needs. The kids loved it and wanted to take it everywhere. My experience with the Enterprise location in San Marcos, TX has been extremely upsetting, especially after being a loyal customer for years. I rented from this location for about a year, always paying on time and doing everything the right way. Because of that, I trusted the information given to me by Jordan, the branch manager. Jordan told me multiple times that everything with my rental was good. He explained that I had a great deal and that my points covered most of my monthly cost, leaving only a small amount to pay.
