Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Pretty disappointing rental experience. Wanted to be generous and give a 3-star but its just not happening. The service was totally fine at face value, but the car that was rented to me smelled like cat litter and had some residue on the bqck seat. I let the agent know immediately and they drove over to spray some deodorizer which helped mitigate the smell for all but 10 minutes of driving after leaving. Had to spray the whole car with air freshener, stick another freshener bulb into the fan vent, and drive with the windows cracked just to get me through 2 days of driving. The option of getting another car was brought up abstractly, but I didn't see any others in the lot and I needed to get to work the next day. Car was in...decent shape, and drove totally fine. This place is all awesome thanks to Matthew! I can’t describe how professional, patient, and caring Matthew was. He spent around an hour accommodating my needs while working with a third party who was paying for my rental. I've been at other rental shops across the country, never seen such great service. Mathew re-defined the experience for me in a way I would have never imagined!

Laksha and Matthew are very professional, nice, and friendly. Laksha spent a lot of time answering my questions, giving me suggestions, and providing new information. Their explanations and responses are clear and easy to understand. The process is comfortable. Overall, their services exceeded my expectations. I’m extremely satisfied with the results and confidently give them five stars!

Horrible experience. Zero stars if I could. I will never ever rent a car from this place and will make sure my family and friends will not either. I returned a green kona. Ruby inspected the return and passed it. Then I received a call saying that there is damage to the passenger mirror. Obviously you passed the car and inspected it with no issues and now blaming the customer. You are frauds and liars blaming customers for damages when you inspected upon arrival. Maybe you damaged the car and now blaming me!! You will never see me again as a customer. Shame on you! And now you filed a claim and the Damage Recovery Unit is contacting me because of your accusation.
