Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The staff at Enterprise of Canandaigua or some of the nicest individuals I’ve ever met. They’ve completely changed my mind on Enterprise and I will definitely be renting from them in the future. I ended up needing a rental car for a few days, while my car was getting assessed they were able to help me with utilizing my insurance and taking care of a rental I did on my own. They were professional, fast and smart. I would highly recommend this location. Definitely one of the best spots in the area.

Absolutely disgusting. This is how you pick up a premium rental from enterprise in Canandaigua, New York. The windows are filthy, there’s mud all over the exterior, greasy fingerprints, and the dash is covered in dust. What I really like, is sitting in someone else’s hair. What I most excited about, is that I get to spend part of my vacation cleaning someone’s mess. It’s clear that excellence isn’t everywhere, but this location runs without standards.

Thank You, Enterprise Canandaigua, for a great experience. From the young lady who took care of me when I first walked in to their office and got me on my way with my rental to the individual I spoke with over the phone, in the same office, to extend my rental. The service I received from Enterprise staff was excellent and my vehicle ran like a dream. Their after hours drop-off option saved me. They earned 5 stars from me and I will be renting from them again in the future. I do highly recommend Enterprise Canandaigua.
