Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I was rear ended. My Collision Center recommended this place. I had to rent a car for 38 days. I had to go here 3 times: [pick-up, switch-out (1st car had its catalytic converter stolen), and return]. This place is always SLAMMED… super busy: somehow they manage to treat every customer with fast, kind, personalized service. I was especially impressed by Joshua. What an asset that guy is to this company. I’d definitely recommend and use them again for car-rental needs.

From the moment I started the rental process, the customer service was outstanding. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Their communication was top-notch. They clearly explained the agreement, the vehicle details, and were very proactive with updates about pickup and drop-off times. I felt well-informed and taken care of throughout the entire rental period. If you are looking for a rental experience with genuinely great customer service and clear communication, Enterprise is the place to go. Highly recommend!

This was my best car rental experience ever!! I came in this past Tuesday after Labor Day and this place was completely packed! My mind was literally blown by the professionalism of the entire staff. Lily was at the front desk and handled the crowd of people and directed her fellow team members in such a calm, professional and efficient manner. She was super organized and really moved things right along. I'm not sure if she's the manager but she sure directed the team members and all of the customers very well and all the while she was charismatic. She treated each and every customer as if they were the only customer. I must say that is not an easy thing to pull off unless you truly know your job and enjoy doing your job, which she clearly does. If I could give this Enterprise location 10

When Lexus dealer said they'll be here to pick you up in 10-15 min, and they showed up an hour later, I was disappointed, but when after 10 min drive I have to sit in office another hour to pick up my loaner car,... 😡😤🤬 Then they have a "DO NOT RENT" on my name from 4 years ago when they tried to rip me off and were not successful because I provided bank with all documentation and communication. So, why would #Lexus deal with these scammers?!... DO NOT EVER DEAL WITH ENTERPRISE,... LIKE EVER!!! I just can't believe how low the level of customer service has gone in Los Angeles all over every corporation... this is not ACCEPTABLE!!!! They have no respect for people's intelligence, time, privacy or money! This whole country should complete a hard reset..😑

I rented a Jeep car from Enterprise. The day I went to rent the car, the woman who came to assist me said that if anything happens to the car, they have an extra insurance that costs $25 per day and gives more complete coverage. I told her that I already have full insurance and don’t need it. Then at the end, she said that besides the $100 deposit, there would be an additional $99 for extra protection. I said no, but she insisted, and I finally agreed to the $99 — not realizing that this $99 was actually a deposit for the same $25-per-day protection plan. When I returned the car, I discovered that I had been charged an extra $25 per day. They took advantage of the fact that English is my second language and made this deal with me.
