Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Max has to be the best agent I have experienced with any car rental company. I left enterprise for a bit and now returned and what a welcome experience!! I missed it!! Max thank you for all of your help and courtesy!!

Every part of the experience from start to finish was very friendly and understanding. The lady at the desk was very polite and knowledgeable. The car that I got was the car that I reserved, and I wouldn't mention that normally but I have rented from other agencies and when I made a arrangement for a specific car like when I had ordered a pickup truck to move something and I received a Ford Fusion so that does matter to me. I reserved Chevy Impala and that's what I received. The car was in very good shape and was well maintained and they even allowed me to return it a bit late without charging me because they knew I was tired from the ride. I'm not sure they would have done that if they needed the car but either way they did and it was polite and kind of them. The only reason they're not g
