Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Would definitely use the Enterprise in Central Islip, NY again. Chris was very pleasant. I needed to extend my vehicle several times because of work I was having done on my personal vehicle and they were very accommodating. The vehicle itself was very clean.

This location is outstanding; their customer service and friendliness goes above and beyond and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to friends and family. The Uber driver who took me here has also been a customer and had nothing but nice things to say about them: trustworthy, friendly, helpful. Shout out to Christian; he deserves to be recognized for his professionalism and helpfulness.

I rent cars from enterprise a lot and this is the first time that the car was at 1/4 tank when I got it and it smelled like cigarettes(we do not smoke anything). It was too late to exchange due to the holidays. I’m still gonna rent from them because this was my first unsatisfactory experience.

I had to get a rental after an accident. This was all arranged by insurance but the staff at the rental agency was very helpful. They got me in and out promptly without making me feel rushed. The car they rented to me was a beautiful, clean car. Wonderful experience with this location, will rent again if needed.

I do not recommend spending your money at this location. This is a small dirty building on the side of the road where everything is falling apart. The guy at the desk was annoyed when we came in, during conversation he was unprofessional, condescending, rude and very hard to work with. He basically acted like we came to his house to ask for his personal car. We left without a car, because we did not want to deal with him. Went to enterprise by McArthur airport, nice clean place, nice people, walked out with the car in 5 minutes. Way better experience
