Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The car was in fantastic shape and very clean. I did not realize how big it was, because I entered at the curb. Next time I’ll schedule an earlier pick up time and take a few minutes to familiarize myself with the vehicle. Enterprise always has excellent customer service and I will always choose them when I rent a car.

I usually have bad experiences at car rentals but Eric, Austin and Zoe made it a seamless process. Everything was quick, easy and professional. They had a huge variety of cars and all of them were clean and shining. They really look like they take care of the cars and facility there and really do care about their jobs. I can’t wait to rent from them again and plan on only renting from that enterprise from now on

This location is a bit hidden in the very end of the road. Came on a week day to ask a question. Not crowded. Tyler has been very efficient and friendly. He helped me to connect with the Bull run branch right away and got my questions answered. Appreciate all the help, keep up the good work!

I recently had an accident and needed to rent a car from the Enterprise location at Centreville II. From the very beginning, Zoe and Eric went above and beyond to make the experience smooth and stress-free. They always greeted me with a warm smile and were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Even when I had to change my rental car twice, their response was simply, “Sure, no problem!” — no hassle, no stress. What truly stood out was their follow-up. They made sure I stayed within my rental coverage limits and kept everything on track. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made a tough situation so much easier to deal with. Received a rental from this location while my car was being repaired. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Check in and check out were quick and hassle free. Even upon return, they helped again by locating a lost item my child had left in the car. Would recommend as a great location to rent from.
