Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Saturday after Thanksgiving 2025 I went to get my oil changed. Had no idea I would sit in my car and actively participate in the service. It was great. The employees were professional and efficient. One thing I really appreciated was the way 8 was spoken to. I was asked if my door could be opened and if the tech/cashier could reach in my car. As a woman, this is a big deal. I felt safe and knowledgeable as the checks were being made. I will be taking my car(s) here from now on.

Reasonable wait time to be seen. Friendly, efficient staff. Explained everything they were doing. Very good overall vehicle inspection. Provided recommendations on additional services without high pressure sales techniques. Very good overall experience.

Great place with outstanding professional technicians. Stay in your vehicle and let the pris do the work. There is a variety of engine services offered besides oil changes. I like that no matter where i drive in the US, the Valvoline shops have all my information. Carlos that works here is fantastic. He along with other techs are all great.

I stopped in after checking another business. I had a momentary problem and needed advice and a moment of their time. I was met at the counter by a gentleman who immediately got up and ran around trying to help me address my problem by networking with other staff and searching different areas. Returning he gave me all the information I needed to form a battle plan to fix my problem. I rarely have any business address me with this level of kindness and concern. It was a very caring way to extend service and advice. I greatly appreciate it. I will have an oil change done here this week because I value the professional way I was treated. Their staff was a great example of great service. Thanks
