Enterprise Rent-A-Car

My worst experience ever, not just the company but the staff took my money I was extending every week through the app and the store magager kept calling me to tell me to send more money because there was still a balance due, which was a lie because I spoke with the call center and they confirmed that my payments had always been successful. and they were charging me extra money and when I returned the car they never give me my deposit back , I accumulated 2.962 points, which gives me several free days, and it's so funny that once I got all those points they messed up my account, and they're such cowards that when I call them, they can't even face me. They're thieves , be careful!

Gentleman at checkin was awesome. Forgot his name. Everything went smooth and no issues. Drove an Altima that was great on gas. Thanks again. Enterprise Rent~A~Car you Guys rock.
