Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I heartily suggest this place! On Saturday, I had returned rental car together with my valuable items like - ID, Laptop and cash as well. Once I was realised, it was too late and enterprises was closed on that day. When I visited this place today, 10720 Beaver Dam Road, 21030, I found that the crew had correctly kept my bag and had given it to me after obtaining all the necessary information. I genuinely appreciate the entire staff for their help and it shows they are more valuable for Enterprise - Rental car company to make it to more reliable for all clients.

I have called this Enterprise 6 times - and the customer service line over the course of a month - to get my “free rental day” rewards added to my account so I can use my free day in another state. I have called again and again because nothing ever happened, I never heard from anyone, and each time they assured me they’d handle it. The last time I contacted them I told two separate people please have them call me back directly and tell me exactly what’s going on. It’s been 2-3 weeks and I have not heard from anyone still. Unacceptable.

Never had an easy experience dealing with a rental, but at this location everything was great. They are quick, professional, easy to talk to, and made everything flow smoothly. If I need a rental again, this is were I will go.

On 10/17/25 I Was trying to rent a vehicle, Ryan Miller, provided me the number to call for an existing Vehicle Ticket that was due, in Order to rent A Vehicle, step out for a few minutes, Came Back, A lady told that she already spoken to the Manager,Ryan, that their were no car for rent even tho, Ryan & Trish told me I was able to. Particularly this place focus on more Corporation and Employees focus on their commissions. It was only twos days rent and I before had rented a lot time without a reservation.
