Brooke, was so helpful, nice, friendly and kind. Offered me a ride back to where my truck was after being repaired. When she didn't have to. Listen to me regular with some tales of woe, you know. Sometimes you just need a little kindness in your life, and this was a small insignificant gesture to her probably, but it meant a lot to me Thank you Brooke. Couldn't recommend this place enoug. If you're renting a car, this place to go. Also Enterprise, you should hang on to Brooke, you can see the talent and thr right attitude and personality to be a high performer. Recently bought a house up here, so we are flying back and forth almost every month for the last four to get things settled. I have rented here the last four times, so I am a new customer, not a huge customer. On the current rental the plane came in late delaying the pickup. I called the office and I spoke to the manager, who I believe was Collin. In turn he left a note for Cooper, to do an early morning pickup at my house, and was 5 minutes early. I can't say anything but great things about the whole office. Thanks, Ron K

Easy to work with, friendly staff, and pick-up/drop-off to where I was staying in Concord, NH made things very easy (especially since it was just several days after a major snowstorm hit). I will definitely rent there again.
