The people who work here are super cool and I recently got to chat with the manager quite a bit and he is very nice. I really appreciate it when people are personable and they’re nice to talk to you so I always use this enterprise if ever absolutely need a car and thank you guys so much.
We highly recommend this Enterprise Rent-A-Car location (Route 13, Cortland, NY). Nick, the Manager, is a true professional whose #1 priority is customer satisfaction. We have always been extremely happy with this location and will continue to rent only from them. Again, we highly recommend.
I would definitely recommend renting a car here. The lady at the front desk was very nice and the vehicle was brad new, was very clean with a full tank of gas. My car had a leak in the tire which was a bit annoying but got it fixed by a discount tire after calling enterprise they covered it and got me in and out. Next time i need a car ill be going here.
The Cortland NY Enterprise staff were amazing and helpful. The rental was in great condition and made my long trip to FL very nice and easy!
Justin, Carlos and team are AWESOME. I had an emergency and they were above-and -beyond in helping me get around while my car is being repaired. Highly recommend them!!🙏⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
