Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Excellent customer service! We worked with Joel for our rental. From before our trip started til the day we got back, we felt like we had a friend we could call at Enterprise. It was also nice not being begged for reviews like some places do. This was writen solely for the fact that they did an awesome job here.

Great customer care. Good service . I was help by James . He help me change to a more efficient gas milage car. He does a great job. I also like to say thanks to Dakota for the customer service. I would recommend this enterprise car rental to anybody . Thanks for everything.

They were excellent to work with and so kind and communicative while I waited on car repairs. They dropped the car off for me and were easy to work with when I needed an extension. I'd never rented a car before and I will now go with enterprise again if I ever need to again!

I gotta say, Dakota and Miracle were Amazing!! Best customer service I’ve had in years. This place is top notch. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking to rent a car.

Can’t say enough positive things about the manager at enterprise, whose name is Dakota. She was absolutely wonderful with me and the situation I was in (being Labor Day weekend and needing a car after my daughter hit a deer). AND, if it wasn’t for her I’m not sure I would have been able to get one as the insurance company wasn’t giving me a huge runaround. She took care of the issue and told me not to worry. Your company is very lucky to have a person like Dakota working for you.
