Five-Star Service at Draper Enterprise! I simply cannot say enough good things about the team at the Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Draper. Dealing with a car accident and repairs is stressful enough, but they went above and beyond to make my rental experience absolutely seamless and positive. When I first went in, they were incredibly busy and a little short-staffed, but the single employee on duty was a true professional. She handled everything with grace and efficiency, ensuring we were taken care of despite the rush. I drove off the lot in a Nissan Sentra, which was a nice car, but a far cry from my usual Hyundai Elantra, and I was worried about the difference in size and familiarity. Leslie the manager is amazing, I had reserved a luxury car for my last trip and called to see if it was possible to reserve an AWD luxury car. I planned to take a very long trip to the mountains of California and needed something AWD because they were expecting record snowfall. We were in town from out-of-state during the holidays when our engine blew up. It was a hectic day sorting everything out. One of those tasks was to figure out a rental car to get our family home. I ended up calling this Enterprise and was greeted by Matthew, who was great over the phone. I ended up booking a car online, and showed up 15 minutes later. Matthew was fantastic through the whole process and was honestly the biggest relief I had all day. He took a lot of stress out of an otherwise-chaotic situation. We honestly had the smoothest and most pleasant experience start to finish renting with Enterprise. I downloaded, shopped and booked on the app SUPER EASY. At pickup in draper the clerk was efficient and helpful. We even called with a few questions about the car while on our trip and our questions were quickly and kindly answered. Drop off was even easier. Will definitely use them again.
