Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I've been saving my reward points for a long time for a trip like I just took for four days. the process was very easy to go into the airport and pick up the car and go. the staff was very friendly. the car was clean and I felt like a king driving around for four days. I highly recommend Enterprise Rent-A-Car

We came to pick-up our rental car at 1030p this evening per the rental car hours and no one was there. I called the number on the sign several times and no answer. Wasted an hour of driving and staying up late to go get this vehicle for our trip we are leaving for at 4a. Thanks enterprise for making us wait until 1030p to pick up our rental because of your business hours and then not being there to pick it up 👍

We bought the insurance, we had a van ENTERPRISE sent us to two places neither had vans even though they said they did then this place closed early!!! Called and they said oh no they are there I was like NO THEY ARE NOT!! 6 people they give us a small suv!!! It only seats 5 . 15 more hrs to drive !!! Worst experience ever with enterprise!!!

I had a car reserved for months only to be turned down because of faulty card reader or something? My card was declined 3 times and according to their policies that means I can no longer rent a car? I have no record of the transaction attempts, even when I contacted the card company after the second attempt, no fraud alerts and anything. I used the card at another store that same day and it worked perfectly. I work in live music and was traveling to a couple of festivals. Missed the the biggest shows of my career because of their faulty system. Very disappointed and will not be renting from enterprise in the future.
