Rick took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I got exactly what I needed without any pressure. His customer service was top-notch and really stood out. I had an amazing experience with Enterprise! I needed a rental while my car was in service, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. The car they gave me was freshly washed, clean, and ready to go. What really stood out was their customer service — they even offered to drop me off exactly where I needed to go, which was incredibly helpful. Extending my rental for an extra day was quick and easy, with zero hassle. Overall, I’m a very happy customer and truly appreciate how accommodating and professional the team was. Highly recommend this location!

It would go a long way if this location could adopt a customer-first approach. Other locations know how to do that. To expand: Arrived 10AM, empty store, two reps at the front desk spending an easy minute in chit chat before turning to me. Rep takes my ID and CC only to turn around and talk to someone else completely unrelated. Proceeds to offer me to pick from three cars: Mazda 3, one of two Nissan Sentras. I state the Mazda is too small for me driving three kids around (My DD is a minivan), and to pick any Sentra, I don't have a preference as long as I get off the lot asap because I have to be at work. I waited and end up being offered the Mazda. No explanation. Can't make this up.

1: Waited over an hour for rental. Employees couldn't read computer where reservations stated 4wd required. 2: car had 1/4 in gas tank. Had to stop and fill gas tank. 3: Middle of road trip 2,000 miles from home, Middle of mountains, transmission service light came on. Vehicle transmission was slipping. Required to exchange Vehicle in Pocatello ID. Took over 2 hours to exchange vehicles. Road trip, so we had food, ice chests, luggage for 3 people. Not 1 employee offered to help senior customers to help with all the luggage, ice chests and food containers. Handicapped walker as well. 4: Returned vehicle and attempted to tell my experience and the employee just said how much I owed... No receipt offered as well.

Do not visit this location. Spent about an hour, picking out a car and Giving them all the information they needed to rent a car. Literally everything. The only thing I would need to do is at that point is pick up the car and sign off on what I’m getting. They told me the guy went to the BMW shop to pick up the car and I can come back before six to get it. I got there just after five and the manager began to tell me I needed to pay $15 more per day for the BMW. I proceeded to tell him that this is already a done deal and I’m just here to pick up the car. Also, your website says it’s $50.78. That would cost me $.78 a day which I am willing to pay. Again all this was discussed upfront with your employee. And now I’m here to pick up the car and you’re telling me I need to pay 15 more dollars
