The office staff was welcoming and professional. They knew which cars were on the lot and gave me an option to choose. When I returned, Sophia was outstanding. I mentioned I’ve gotten everything out of the car. I remembered my garage door opener and then she said, “did you get your toll pass?”I said no! It’s still in the car. Thank you so much for reminding me. She is very pleasant and made me feel joyful and happy. Thank you for the excellent service!!

I have returned cars here several times, but this is the 1st time renting from this location. I understand the internet was down. But when u reserve a month in advance, I expect the right car and clean. They said it was a mid size car but it was so small. I paid more for a little bit bigger but got smaller them my previous rental when I rented a economy car. Also when I got there, they said they are cleaning the car real quick. It was nasty and smells funny. The seats was disgusting and I guess they thought I would realize it hasn't been cleaned because it was storming. I would give 0 stars or negative stats if I could. I will never go here again. Long time customer yet I am always disappointed by enterprise. As soon. As I find a different rental company, I will not be back to enterpris

Car had to go to the auto shop and the guys at this rental location kept us updated about the reservation and even upgraded the rental car to the same level as mine that was in the shop and informed us to tell the insurance company to up the daily rate. They also dropped off and picked up the rental at the auto shop without us even asking for the service. Overall really great experience and customer service!

Enterprise Car Rental Estero Location I’ve had multiple experiences renting from the Estero Enterprise location, and every visit has been excellent. The team is always professional, efficient, and accommodating, especially during times when my personal vehicle has been in the shop for extended periods. I want to specifically commend Branch Manager Jailyn Mays, who consistently goes above and beyond to ensure a smooth and stress-free process. His professionalism, communication, and genuine customer care make all the difference. Highly recommend this location for anyone in need of reliable service and quality rentals.

Rented a premium car. Car has 40,000 miles on it stinks of a coolant leak and has transmission issues and the tires are noisy and thumping and Still has previous renters dirty napkins in side pockets. Absolutely worst car rental experience ever! Tried to return to airport and learned that only airport rentals are low mileage newer cars. City rentals especially insurance deals only get high mileage low grade vehicles. Airport could switch out but would be a low grade high mileage car also only not premium. I was paying extra over and above what my insurance company was paying to be able to drive a car as nice as my personal vehicle while it’s in the shop! I will never rent from enterprise again!!!
