Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Rented a car here during ‘Snowmageddon 2026’… dealt with Megan for the pick-up and Chris for the return. They were both awesome. I had to change the return date and the website is so easy to use. When I returned the car, I mentioned in passing that I had to keep it an extra day because the entire city of Fall River was closed because of the storm. Chris didn’t charge me for that day. Really positive experience and I will definitely be renting here again

By far the worst experience I've ever had with a rental car company. The employees all look unprofessional and take a long time to service you. Multiple times I have left due to the lack of service, I would stand there for 20 minutes before even getting greeted. You're 100x better off using an app called Turo to rent vehicles. Theres no hassle and it's much quicker.

Pleasant enough staff. My insurance had intermediate car listed and they gave me the least expensive model offered in the country. This car is not comparable to mine

Love my local enterprise. They are so kind and helpful! I had one minor issue and they were quick to swap out my rental. I will always come back for all my rental needs. 10/10 recommend. Also great job on the renovations

Oh boy. Where do I even begin. In a matter of 6 weeks I’ve rented NUMEROUS rentals through Enterprise in Fall River. I’ve rented a 2023 Buick Envision, 2025 Chrysler Pacifica, 2025 Mitsubishi Outlander and last but not least a 2024 Jeep Compass. The vehicle that I absolutely adored and flavored the most out of ALL of them was the 2023 Buick Envision. I NEVER in my life would’ve EVER imagined that I would ever utter those such words in my life,seriously,a Buick?!?👌😂 But my goodness,the Buick Envision is extremely prestigious,sooooo classy,sooo quiet on the inside where there’s literally NO cabin noise whatsoever,the interior is beautiful,a good amount of space BUT my most favorite part was the swiftness of the 2.0 turbo engine👌👌.. I drove my small family of 4 to Universal Studios in Orland
