Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The ease of booking online to drop off was positive and convenient. I gave 4 stars because small suv did smell like smoke, it was acknowledged by the agent and he did ask if I want to check out another car, but the smell was tolerable. The car was clean. It was busy at pick up , agents acknowledge each person who entered and were helpful to each customer. It was a great experience and will be using quite a bit in the near future.

Throughout the last couple of years, we have rented from a neighboring rental company. This was due to perceived cheaper rental costs. However, recently, there were several issues experienced that could not be overlooked or ignored. We decided to rent from the Fallston Enterprise for this latest trip. From the moment we walked onto the lot to pickup our rental until our return date, our experience with the employee(s), the vehicle, and overall rental process, was nothing short of extraordinary!!! I will not rent from another company again.

The staff at the Fallston MD branch has been amazing to work with. I rent cars very often for work and have never had a bad experience at this branch. The manager always checks in either on pick up or return to make sure everything is good. The staff at Fallston MD is always very pleasant to work with and helpful in making sure I have a great experience. I send anyone I can to this branch if they need a rental. If i have an issue, I bring it to the staffs attention and it gets taken care of right away. I look foward to continuing to rent all my vehicles at the Fallston MD branch.

I rented a midsize SUV here for a week, and I couldn’t have had a better experience. Booking was easy, the staff was friendly, efficient, and very helpful. The car was clean inside and out, smelled brand new, and ran perfectly for the entire week. I can’t recommend this location enough!

Matt was great in helping me secure my reservation two months in advance. When I arrived the vehicle was clean and ready when promised. My advisor, Abbey, was professional and friendly to work with. She made both check-in and check-out quick and seamless. I highly recommend the Bel Air, MD location for your rental needs!
