Harmony and Nick made my experience renting through Enterprise incredibly smooth. From the moment I walked in, they were professional, friendly, and efficient. They got everything handled quickly and made the whole process simple and stress-free. I really appreciated how fast they worked while still making sure everything was clear and taken care of properly. Customer service like that is rare these days, and it definitely made a difference. I love this location. Very friendly staff. I booked a vehicle category that they didn’t have available because I made a last min reservation. They called me prior to confirm. They gave free fuel tank as apologize do not having category I wanted. I have rented few times and I will do more if I had discount

I had the best experience today with Harman Kaur. She picked me up from the collision center on time, was very kind and accommodating. I wanted a different rental car and she figured it out for me without hesitation. She is the definition of good customer service. 10/10 experience

I had a great experience renting a car from Enterprise, and a big part of that was thanks to Jacob. He was extremely nice, professional, and helpful from start to finish. The service was excellent, and he made the whole process smooth and easy. You can tell he really cares about his customers. I definitely recommend asking for Jacob if you’re renting here

Arrived to drop off vehicle and was greeted by Harmony, very pleasant friendly representative. She asked about my rental experience and I mentioned how I had to add air in rear tire 4 or 5 times over weekend but I just said it as info to have it checked. Harmony checked the gas and as we walked in she said for your inconvenience we will (i noticed she said we as in Enterprise) waiver the extra day i requested. This is why I drive a little further to give my company y business to this location. Great Job, this employee is a keeper. Also, on pickup the guys were great as my truck stopped on Ford Dr and I walked to location made a reservation as i walked and he Immediately got me a rental.
