Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Enterprise in Fitchburg made getting a rental car extremely easy! I could pick up the car at the auto body shop as well as drop the car off to the same location. All of my questions were answered and everyone I spoke to was kind, helpful, and efficient. If I needed a rental car again it would be through this office.

This is a great place to rent a car! I had such a great experience in this Fitchburg store . I was involved in an accident that needed to be billed through the other parties insurance company and it went flawless from start to finish. I will definitely use them again if I need a rental. Their customer service staff are outstanding to work with! Thank you!

Called to book a rental for a vacation. I secured a rental over the phone and got a email confirmation. When I arrived to pick up the rental the office attendant said he tried to call me but he couldn't get a hold of me even though I got no missed calls. He rented the vehicle out already to another customer prior to me showing up, by the way, I was on time to pick up the rental. Funny thing was is, the rental was still on the lot. I was the first customer to show up. Zero sympathy towards me in regards to their negligence. I'll never deal with this location again.

My poor 71 year old mother rented a car from the Fitchburg water st office for a Jeep with a half a tank of gas paid the 100 deposit and then got charged 15 bucks for a “refueling” fee which is total BS we got it at a half a tank and I specifically put gas in to the half tank when she returned it.. taking advantage of an elderly person regardless of how little or how big the charge was is absolutely ridiculous and I would be ashamed to be the guy on the phone telling me it’s a small refueling charge.. you are disrespectful dishonest and i even took the car in for a car wash before we dropped it off so there would be nooo issues.. guess I was wrong about that one .. now she is out 40 bucks total.. like I said it’s now how small the amount she is limited income I’d be ashamed..I will never r
