This was my first time renting a car from Enterprise and I must say that I had an excellent , smooth and a fantastic experience. I had an excellent experience with Enterprise at the Jericho location from December 23 to December 24, 2025. The process was smooth, efficient, and well managed from start to finish. The manager set a strong tone with professionalism and attentiveness, and the team was extremely helpful throughout my visit. Special thanks to Anthony, Kyle, and Mike for their support, clear communication, and great customer service. This location is well run, and the staff made the experience easy and stress free. I will definitely return to this Enterprise Rent-A-Car location in the future.

Arrived at my designated time for pickup at 9am. Was greeted by an attendant and taken care of promptly. However, my car was not ready, as it did not have gas in it. They then had someone refill it. I sat around for 20+ minutes. Scheduling a pickup should have given ample time to take care of things like keeping cars refilled.

Joseph was very funny and efficient in the return process and the young lady with the nose ring (forgot her name) was very sweet and patient with all my questions to find the best vehicle for my needs.
