Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Made a reservation weeks in advance for a van to take on a trip. Called the day before to confirm, went to pick it up and the said it wasn’t available. Did offer a truck though. Was told to try the airport enterprise in Des Moines and it was $150 more (airport rental is more $) and wouldn’t honor my reservation price. Not many options around, just have a backup plan.

Excellent rental at the the fort dodge branch. Very friendly people, excellent customer service. If you fly into the fort Dodge airport, they will pick you up at the airport. And you can drop the car off at the airport when leaving.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Called 2 days ago and made a reservation for a vehicle to be picked up tomorrow so I can go to a funeral, and got a call today, the day before, explaining that they actually don't have ANY vehicles to rent out. Maybe stop taking reservations if you can't fill them, or just close the location altogether!! Poor customer service all around.

Rented a car less than 2 years ago and all I had to show is my driver's license and pay. No problems. Went to rent one today and was told that needed 2 forms with address (utility bills, or pay stubs)in order to use the same card used last time. Tried telling the person that didn't have to do that last time and all I got was "it has been policy"

Store stayed open late for me. I was in an accident. The weather was bad but they made sure I got in a vehicle to get me on the road again. That meant everything to me. I can’t think them enough. This was the Fort Dodge, Iowa location.. Thank you.!
