Enterprise Rent-A-Car

After over four years of wonderful service at this location as we rent vehicles several times each month, we made the decision not to return to the Indian Land location due to the disrespectful manner in which we were treated by the new location manager, Dan. This happened on two different occasions and we were officially done with ever returning to this location. We have found a better Enterprise where we are always treated kindly and we utilize the other location or go to National at the airport for our car rental needs.

Dan and Sarah are fantastic! They make you feel welcomed in and make sure all your needs are taken care of. They are both ready to roll out the red carpet for everyone that walks through the door! It makes you feel so special to be remembered when you come and to be asked about your trip. It's the little things that go a long way! I had a terrible experience while out of town. My situation was not just listened to but given a generous solution for my customer satisfaction. ONLY because the enterprise I pick up from is so kind and caring will I continue to rent from enterprise.

Great customer service when we arrived to pick up the rental, great customer service when I called because I forgot my license, and I assume I will receive great customer service tomorrow at my drop-off. Thanks to all of you. * I did in fact get wonderful service upon the return and a kind gentleman even gave me a ride home. All in all a perfect experience.

My car experience was very great. I put down the wrong date to rent and came a day early and they were still able to put me in a rental. Great customer service and very professional and friendly.

Customer service as this location is great. Joe is very helpful, friendly, and personable. He always remembers my name. The cars are always clean and usually better quality than expected.
