Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Outstanding customer service! Christina made the whole experience so easy and stress-free! Everyone there was so professional, friendly, helpful and just overall a breath of fresh air! 10/10! Thank you enterprise, especially Christina!

They were very happy, enthusiastic, and helpful. They made the rental process seamless and easy. Overall, it was a pleasant experience working with Enterprise in Franklin, MA and I would go back

Christina at enterprise rental Center in Franklin on E. Central St. was the easiest and most friendliest representative. She and her team worked to get my rental needs taken care of, on short notice. I’m so glad this company is in business, the store employees are amazingly wonderful and helpful. After Inspection of the vehicle and explanation of the contract and rules, I was on my way in no time. Thank you so much, Christina, happy holidays!

I just completed my rental at the Franklin location and didn’t want to wait for a text to be sent or email for my feedback. The manager, Shamel went over and above to make sure my experience was top notch. His professional demeanor and his customer service skills are what makes me only rent from Enterprise and especially the Franklin Location. A high five to you, Shamel, for a job well-done

Christina and Shamel are absolutely amazing in every way. I’ve only had to rent cars in other states for work…so this is a first in MA, and I can honestly say I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They are so kind, so caring, and so incredibly considerate.
