Enterprise Rent-A-Car

A great hassle free experience. The vehicle was in almost new condition. I was treated professionally throughout the entire process. I really appreciate the Gig Harbor branch and all the staff. I recommend enterprise and their staff. Great job!

I rented an economy car from Enterprise, while my car was in the shop. The staff were very friendly and easy to work with about the insurance coverage. The car was a Nissan. Very clean and comfortable to drive.

This place is nowhere near professionalism. We spoke with an agent, confirmed a booking, and got a price. However, when we arrived for pickup, they said they have no reservations for the name/info we provided. The person who was at the site was not professional and had no accountability for the incident and kept saying “I don’t know/ I’m not sure”. Do not recommend

One of the best rental car places I have been to. My truck is at the shop for repairs and my insurance company stopped making payments for rental coverage. It was the staff from this location who alerted me, sent me a message and follow up call. The place is neat/clean and easy to park parking lot. I was in and out- pretty much a hassle free experience for me. I would recommend this location at Gig Harbor. Great staff and customer service.

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I’ve only rented two or three cars in my life, and this was an exceptional experience. Brian was so kind and explained everything to me in such a knowledgeable way. There’s so many things that I get nervous about when renting a car or doing something new and Brian knew the answer before I knew the question. The car was great, it was clean, it was really easy to pick up my car and to drop off.
