Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Thank you to the team for the excellent customer service – you managed to find us a car at the last minute on the day of our reservation, and we were very lucky to be assisted by: Nate, Indica 👍🏼

The staff that I spoke with on the phone was very nice they are doing a great job. However, on the downside renting a car on the website you just get a call 30 minutes later informing you the website is not accurate and their are no cars. So great staff but no goods. Three days in a row. Even calling and setting up to get something gives you no joy. Please have availability actually reflect the true availability.

This is by far the most unprofessional and reckless rental experience I’ve ever had with any company. I had a confirmed reservation for a minivan at this Enterprise location, completed online check-in, everything locked in. Yet just ONE HOUR before pickup, they casually called to tell me they “don’t have the vehicle.” No alternative, no solution, nothing. Because of their complete incompetence, my family and I were left stranded before an international flight from Washington DC airport. I had used Enterprise reward points for this booking, all wasted. And because they failed to honor a reservation they confirmed, I had to panic-scramble for a last-minute alternative and ended up paying $350 for an Uber. Everyone that helped me was great. They were all polite, friendly and professional. Thank you to everyone that helped me. I will never use anyone else only Enterprise for my rentals.

The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes. They were the smoothest part of the entire experience surrounding the wreck I was involved in while out of town. They took great care of me, from my first call to arrange a ride, to the drop off. Clear communication between two different locations and my insurance company. I was super impressed.
