Enterprise Rent-A-Car

This location was fantastic! They worked with me on finding a suitable rental for an insurance claim. Gary helped me reserve a suitable vehicle on the phone, as I was calling around to multiple Enterprise locations. Everything was extremely easy and car was ready when I got there. All the employees were very nice and greeted us when we returned our vehicle. Luis had helped me when I picked up the rental and also greeted me and remembered me when I came to return it. Would definitely recommend this location.

I have rented here at least a dozen times over the last year. Usually I have had great service, but after the issue and interaction I had today, I will no longer be renting from this location. I called twice this week to confirm a pickup in the morning, and after 45 minutes of no one showing up, I called the store and spoke to the store manager (Louis).There was no apology for being late, no accountability, and I was actually blamed for the late pickup this morning because of a previous error this location made. I inquired about the two confirmation calls I had made for the pick up, and was told that by Louis that he “didn’t know anything about that.” I understand that sometimes people run behind, but not apologizing and taking accountability for the mistake is unprofessional and poor cu

I was sent to Enterprise by the dealership that was fixing my car. They forgot to call ahead to make sure a car was available, but Luis took great care of me without skipping a beat. I would absolutely go back!
