Enterprise Rent-A-Car

November 13, 2025 – 4:00 PM To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with the level of customer service I recently experienced at your Enterprise location. What should have been a simple, straightforward rental turned into an unnecessarily frustrating and time-wasting ordeal due to poor communication, lack of professionalism, and an apparent disregard for the value of your customers’ time. From the moment I entered the establishment, it was clear that customer service was not a priority. I was left waiting for over an hour without any meaningful updates or explanation. During this time, the sales associates seemed far more interested in chatting among themselves and assisting customers who arrived after me, rather than communicating with me—the

After renting with you for a year straight, and spending 11 or $12,000.00 with you, the young lady in charge at this branch did everything she could to prevent me from obtaining a vehicle. I've not only been robbed of over 6 months worth of rental points, but have been gravely disrespected for a customer of my caliber. I was not granted a rental stating the additional insurance coverage I purchased, from the same travel insurance provider used several times with you in previous rentals made through Expedia, would not be accepted, although it provided up to $75,000.00 worth of protection for your compact vehicle (Nissan Versa), also in addition to liability insurance I already have. What a sorry display of whatever the opposite of quality client support is. And yes, I have paid for rentals

Bad experience. Admittedly I had a 5:30 pick up time but I arrived more than 10 minutes before closing. They had a vehicle but said they didn’t have time to do the paperwork and walk around before they closed. I asked could they not stay just a few minutes after 6p. Having worked years in retail we always made sure we took care of customers who were in the bldg at time of close. Nope. Nothing they could do. I could come back tomorrow or go to RDU. I could understand if I was trying to get them completely after closing or if I didn’t already have a booking, but they lost a customer. Obviously it doesn’t hurt their pockets, but the manager or owner should know they turned away good business. Shame.

Mel was so nice from the start, I needed a last minute reservation for the weekend and she hooked me up! Huge shoutout to her and her team here come check them out!

I have never met a more friendly bunch of ladies. They went above and beyond to assist me and my daughter. They took their time they were friendly and respectful. These ladies deserve a raise. Each time i have used this location they were outstanding.
