Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I received a confirmation of my reservation last week from this enterprise… however I didn’t make a reservation and never been to this city/area. I panicked thinking my profile or info was used as a long term enterprise customer & called the company. They explained it must’ve been a mistake with the phone number entered incorrectly & they would call that location and reschedule out to the customer and have it fixed immediately. Yesterday, I received admire notifications to confirm or extend my rental reservation… when you click the link it actually showed me the customers extensive rental details, make, last 4 of card used & the ability to modify/extend his rental and it said it would charge that card right away. I had a great experience with Enterprise. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and very helpful from start to finish. Check-in and return were smooth, the car was clean and reliable, and everything was explained clearly. This location really values customer service. I’ll definitely rent from Enterprise again.

In a world that seems to have abandoned customer service, this Enterprise location is a breath of fresh air. Due to circumstances beyond my control(some of which is a direct result of extremely poor customer service, looking at you JEEP), I have had to rent from this particular location 4 times in the last 3 weeks. Each and every employee that I have had the pleasure to work with has been A+++. They are pleasant, professional, accommodating and quick. While I hope I do not need a rental car for much longer, if and when I do, it will always be from this Enterprise location.

Rental car had 30,000 miles on it and battery went dead after 2 days. Just worked a 13 hour shift and car wouldn't start. Called enterprise after hours and they said they would send service unit out to start it at cost to me personally, around $70. Why should I pay a service fee for their rental car. So I had to jumpstart the car myself in bitter cold on a car battery that I wasn't familiar with. The next day I called during regular business hours and asked them to install a new battery. They told me they don't do that, only jumpstarts. Ridiculous! This is different from the people working at the actual business on West Ridge road, those people were great. Just the mechanical service side is poorly ran and designed.

I cannot say enough about this business that could convey the exceptional customer service I received. Jonathan was helpful, the car was great, and the it’s good to know that customer service is important to this company. The employees at this location exude it. Great experience!
