Amazing staff. They were able to get my truck in immediately and fix the issue. They were very upfront, and communicate well with me throughout the time my truck was there. I truly was impressed by the care and work they did to make sure my truck was safe to drive. I highly recommend Mr. Tire on Dewey Ave in Greece. They restored my hope in shops!! Will definitely be back when needed.

I came in and was greeted with great hospitality. Brett the manger found what I need for my vehicle. Joe the tech that did my work knew exactly what he was doing and was very friendly. Kudos in 20 25 for top customer service.

I originally had an appointment at another place and when I got there I was told very rudely that they don’t do inspections on Monday. So I immediately called Mr Tire and was able to get an appointment with them and what a delight. The gentleman at the counter was pleasant and asked me if I could wait his inspecter was running late not a problem for me and the gentleman kept me informed of everything. So Happt I went to Mr. tire.

I needed a lot of work done on my car after an unexpected long drive. The technicians were fair in their appraisal of the problems and concerns I had with my vehicle. I had two sets of brakes and rotors, front and back, worked on. Their brake pad warranty reduced the cost significantly as I had been here before. You only get two of the three in general; good, fast, or, cheap. I paid a good amount but I received great service in return and done within the day of drop off. That's the relationship I want to have with someone working on my vehicle.

Waited over an hour for a “quick” oil change. Car was taken right in. Guess they did not have the oil I needed, but didn’t tell me until I asked for an update after said hour. Then paid and went to my car after, but was not given my keys (assumed they were in the running car). Had to wait for the guy to come back to get my keys. Also did not reset my maintenance required thing on the dash
