GO Car Wash

Yesterday all the hood and roof rollers were not working. At least today they were all working. Both times no one hand washed my truck cap rear window which is still dirty. Other Go car wash locations seem to take the time to hand wash my rear cap window. TY to those locations... Twice now, my rear tail gate isnt washed because your rear roller only parcially cleans it. This Go location needs to step up their game.

I love that North Greece finally has a car wash. I used to go to Delta Sonic, but the subscription wasn't worth it when I factored in the time to get there, the time in line, how busy they were and how few washes I would get a month. GO Car Wash is a much better deal for me. It's nice to be able to get my car washed at least twice a week and be in and out in under 5 minutes. I recommend paying for a plan outright, for example buy 5 months, get 1 free.

management handled the billing issue I had with grace and did what I thought was the right thing. I think it's a good place to have a subscription-based car wash. but I don't like how once you have an account it's hard to go through just once without it reinstating your original subscription automatically and that's a tiny bit annoying... that said it could totally be user error on my end so I do appreciate the cooperation on their end and understanding.

Rosa is incredible! I inadvertently left my phone on my truck's tonneau cover. Didn't realize it till about 10 minutes after I left. Went back and told her that I thought that's what happened. She immediately went through the wash lane and found it. Unfortunately it was destroyed. She also assisted me previously when I changed vehicles. She was more than helpful both times. Definitely an asset to your company. Thank you.

I LOVE this location because of the employees. They smile and are welcoming and have helped me with towels, my account, saving money and even complementing both me AND my beloved car, Vivianne! I was THRILLED that they got a hit to keep them warmer in the winter but found out it was just a wind block and not heated…or wired for a space heater… if it means anything, they most definitely deserve to be heated up every once in a while!!! They would be better suited to encourage memberships and assist customers with payment…if there is a vote or petition, consider me on the side of HEAT THE HUT!!☺️☺️☺️🤞🙏
