Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Have a current rental with Greenville, MS location since December and still in it. Have asked several times to switch vehicle as it has some issues but they keep telling me no vehicle is available and keep driving the same. Every week they promise that they will have the vehicle tomorrow but that tomorrow never comes. When I insist then they respond that rent will Go up otherwise stay in the same vehicle. I had to spend couple of hours last month to get oil changed as their staff told Me to go do it at Grease Monkey and let them know we sent you. Also with current issues with the vehicle they asked me Last week to go to Midas and get it fixed and they will bill us (what about my personal time) which could be 6-8 hours to fix the issue. Worse thing is that none of the the staff ever have

We were day two in an 11 day vacation and our truck was running hot. We went and rented a car and the representative that helped was fast and got us back on the road quickly. They did not have the size car we wanted, however he did have something cheaper so it worked out. He also recommended a mechanic locally to help us with our car. Worked out wonderfully.

They didn’t have the car I reserved, so before you reserve call to see what they have BUT the guy upgraded me to another car for the same price that I reserved. He was quick with getting me out of there first thing in the morning to get on the road!

These Charles on the vehicle had no tread on them at all. We will put in a very unsafe vehicle could’ve got a stranded on a roll in the dark and the service was horrible.

Enterprises is a very good place to rent a car from. The manger as well as each one of the employees, will smile and greet you as you enter the door. I like their's personality, their's willing to listen, as well as understanding, what you need in a car as well. Out of 1 being the lowest and 10 being the highest. I will rate each one of them a ( 15) because their customers service have being past a (10) rating they are all excellent. Thank you for having such a good staff.
