Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I had an accident and made a reservation for a rental to get home to Ohio. I called Uber this morning because I thought I had a rental car. They told me nothing was avaliable. I am out money because I had to pay the Uber driver. I called all over Enterprise rental car places. Quincy in Allentown Pennsylvania set me up with a car. He is amazing and accomplished helping me. If you have an accident in Hamburg PA you are stuck there. I would give this place negative reviews if I could.

Made a reservation. Went there and they had no cars. Their entire business model is Renting cars. No support from the “area manager “.

It was my first time renting from Enterprise and I couldn't be happier. I needed a vehicle while mine was in the shop and had originally booked 2 days but ending up needing a third day. Hezekiah who took care of me did a GREAT job! He was more than helpful and set me up with an extra day with no hassles or fuss. I couldn't have been happier with my experience. The vehicle I rented was in good condition, clean, and had no issues. Thank you Enterprise!

20 minutes before I was to pick up my car, I got a call from your office saying that you didn't have any cars for me. Yoi also said nobody in the area had any cars. Guess what? I called the next closest office in Pottsville and got a car. I will never rent from this office again. In fact, if they have anything to do with the Kelly dealership, I will not buy another car there, despite having bought two already. You know how to take the reservation, you just don't know how to hold the reservation. And that's really the important part of the reservation. The holding.

Dealt with an absolute nightmare of a week because of my insurance company and the enterprise near Reading. Brandon from the Hamburg office was awesome and finally got us into a rental. Can't thank him enough.
