Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I had a great experience. Everyone was kind. The only complaint I have is my car smelled like reefer. I don’t smoke and that bothered me. Who smokes reefer in a rental car? Jeeesh! I took the car and rolled down the windows because I love Camrys, especially fully loaded ones. They are closed on Sundays, but you can drop off the car and place the key in a key box on the building. I don’t rent cars often, so I am happy the Caucasian lady that works next door told me what to do.

Travelers to Atlanta- this Enterprise location is a good option if airport rentals are too expensive. In my case, price was about half what the airport locations were quoting last minute. Staff were busy when I arrive late morning for pickup, but Camilla, Liam, and the rest of the crew were able to quickly and cheerfully turn around an incoming rental and get me out the door. I dropped off after hours, and got a call the next day confirming the final, expected total. That was a nice touch. Was initially a little apprehensive booking an off-site car, but would do it again. Site is accessible from the airport by MARTA (longish ride with a bus transfer) or a short, inexpensive cab ride.

Great customer service effort and support from the whole team especially from Noah Williams. Even though, Enterprise may be running short of the available cars at any given point of time but Noah's efforts to get things done are highly appreciated!!! A great asset to Enterprise location.

Had a great experience at this enterprise location. Despite a minor setback, the team was able to get my family and I on the road in time to make it home for thanksgiving. The car was clean and suitable for the size of our family. Definitely would return to this location for all my car rental needs. Thank you Noah and the enterprise team at the hapeville location!

I initially had a reservation for the forest park store. The reservation was made two weeks in advance. The day of, I was told that there were no cars for me. I was Angry. Felt betrayed. My plans were almost ruined. After calling every location in Atlanta, The Hapeville location however worked diligently to find me a car. My local branch didn’t even call, answer or attempt to accommodate me. Calvin from the Hapeville branch over exceeding my expectations, got me in an even better rental. I was a couple hours behind schedule but if it wasn’t for Hapeville branch I would have not been able to make my trip a success! Everywhere else was sold out! I should have had a car ready at my branch but they told me they had 35 reservations and 4 cars. I don’t know why they wasn’t ready for the holiday
