They charge daily for overdue rentals plus a new key plus daily whatever and will still repo your car with all your belongings. Then someone here steals all the valuables while being protected by management. Ask for Carla if you wanna get the runaround.

Their service driver almost killed me getting in freeway. ZERO care for human life. Even flicked me off.

Who’s responsible for stealing all my items out the car the tow truck worker or the employees at this location my cousin child was cremated shes in the car

So I got into a wreck with one of their vehicles. I'm only giving 3 stars because of the workers that tried their best to help me. My advice to you is that if you're able to after a wreck, remove your belongings from the vehicle. I had a very difficult time getting MOST of my things out of the car.. some items grew feet.. and if you have electronic devices, put a lock code, pattern or password on them.also tracking.. Sadly, your things are not safe. Most likely between where it was taken to and the wrecker that brings it to Hertz. I would hate to think that Hertz employees would take your belongings. Be safe out there.

My vehicle was taken after I had already made the arrangements. I’m trying to find my personal belongings also and am getting the run around. I will have to go to this location personally.
