Our connecting flight got canceled at ATL and we tried to find a rental car on short notice. After having a terrible experience at the Enterprise location on Sylvan Road, we ended up at Grand Slam Car Rental. Although they could not accommodate a one-way rental, the owner went above and beyond to help us and even drove us to a hotel free of charge. We were grateful for this kindness during a stressful time.
I found them on instagram, was very skeptical about it. But it’s was legit and with an ease. quick response, very understandable, take all forms of payments which is great no credit card needed. Customer service top tier. They made vacation great. Book with them you won’t regret it. Thanks again Grand Slam Car Rental.
Best Rental Experience I’ve ever had. I would highly recommend grand slam to anyone !! Process very fast & very easy ! Any problems I had, they were always attentive & on time responding. Hands down best rental service in ATLANTA.
Just like the other reviews said. Place is a total scam. Do not waste your time . DO NOT PAY ANY DEPOSIT . They don’t have the car they’re just trying to scam you into a position where you feel you might as well give them more when they end up not having the car.
Great company! Highly recommend if you want to book car in ATL.
