After a frustrating initial visit, I want to commend Tire Discounters for their follow-up. They responded promptly and had my wife’s car back in the next business day for a thorough inspection. Their team’s professionalism really stood out. They not only ensured all previous concerns were corrected, but they also diagnosed the underlying problem with the tire sensor module. Once that issue was addressed, the alignment is perfect—my car steers straight, and the two new tires are performing excellently. Everything feels smooth and safe on the road. While communication at first needed improvement, their attention to detail, quality of work, and genuine customer care have restored my trust. I’m confident in their service now and will definitely return for future needs.

I stopped in with no appointment. Nick laid out my options quoted me a very good price. They got me in and out lightning fast. Price ended up being cheaper than he quoted me. I'm totally satisfied with their customer service and quality of work .

Damaged my vehicle. Still waiting on customer service and the regional mgr to resolve the issue. They lifted my vehicle under plastic cladding, breaking clips and cracking plastic. Then it looks like they used some kind of metal chisel and gouged through the coating of the wheel. The Harrison manager is rude and acts like he's doing you a favor to work on your car. This place has really gone down hill!

This place has been great to me! I had a tire patched a few months back, and once again found myself needing a patch. I called less than a half hour prior to them closing, and they agreed I was good to come in. They were very quick and helpful and I was good to go in less than 20 minutes! I will certainly continue giving them business!

Checked in by service advisor for routine oil change, rotate and balance tires, and check alignment. He returned to suggest a minor addl task (air filters) for today and that an alignment was needed. Also explained that a more complex repair was detected but I chose to return on a second appt for that work. The time went by and i became a bit restless when the wait time hit two hours and counting but still no checkout or update. The second set of customers since my arrival had now left with their completed cars. But i’m still waiting and, at the three-hour mark, with no word from the advisors, i was done. So i finally find my finished vehicle out in parking lot-no clue how long it had been there. I go back inside and have to ask at desk for someone to finally check me out. What st
