Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I’d give 5 stars but I haven’t got the 50$ deposit back yet. May not have given it enough time either. I had a great experience. Even had an issue with a tire being punctured, I took that car back and they put me right into another one. The ladies out there took great care of me. Update - Got my 50$ back this morning. I’ll change it to 5 stars. Thanks again!

Booked out SUV 3 weeks ahead of my need confirmed through the enterprise the day before through the email and even called the local Harrisonville location the day before to confirm that the vehicle was going to available. Was told everything was taken care of and the vehicle would be ready. I then received a call the morning I was supposed to pick up the vehicle and was told there were no vehicles available. Also after informing the local rep and Enterprise that i had to have a vehicle due to the trip that i was taking that day they said they would put me on a urgent list and someone would contact me shortly no one ever did and it was put on me to call every other location in search of a car.

Customer Service at Harrisonville, MO. Enterprise Car Rental is always wonderful! If it was possible I'd give more than 5 stars. God Bless.

I believe these are good hardworking people that do the best they can to get you the vehicle that you are looking for

My husband and I reserved our van over a month ago, they called and confirmed the reservation earlier this week only for them to give our van away that we were supposed to pick up today! Do better!
