Enterprise Rental Cars at Airport Rd, Hartford is worth the time to get there even if you have a closer location. Brendan who is in charge there and Chris make a great team and they truly make what’s often a difficult situation easier, as they are empathic and have your needs in mind as well as the company needs. Terrible experience my car got totaled and they referred me over to this location. I had the rental for 2 weeks used it two or three times because I have an another car. It was parked in my garage the remainder of the time I bring it back they tried to accuse of damaging the car when the car already had existing dents. Chris failed to send me over pictures of the car before I had it so I could compare never did but stated I damaged it. Now I’m not hearing back from them terrible customer service and a terrible location

Enterprise ​This is how the top tier of businesses care for their customers. I picked up our car from the Hartford airport on a Wednesday afternoon. Leanna made sure I breezed through the checkout and got on the road with minimal difficulty. Over the years I've used Enterprise frequently and find this to be the standard they always reach. Leanna was the face of Enterprise to me and did a wonderful job. She also did one thing I've not seen before. She made sure I knew to expect a text I could reply to for help on the road and told me that the text would come to them instead of the central Enterprise number. Now I had a local contact.
