Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Representatives who helped me rent the car, then to return the car, were very helpful and knowledgeable. They took time to explain options about gasoline, insurance, and more.. I appreciate Alfie and Bailey at the Hixson Pike rental.

Vehicle was in bad shape and had been smoked in, with visible ash on the interior surfaces. Burn marks on the seats. Windows were so dirty on the inside I had to clean them before leaving on a trip, tire pressure light was on with two new tires that sounded like mud terrains. The sad part was that car was still cleaner than the first one they offered me.

My first car was not the cleanest and had a distinct Stinch of rotten milk BUT DESPITE THAT THESE GUYS WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE IT CORRECT! I’m happy to be leaving this good review and not a bad one. I recommend dealing with the guys at The Hixon pike Enterprise!
