Enterprise Rent-A-Car

UPDATE: The company publicly posts that someone will call as if they're going to attempt to right the wrong however I instead received a call that was a 'sorry you are still mad and I'm only calling because I have to' waste of my time. This is a prime example of a company feeling like mediocrity is ok because options are limited. People can still use a cab, Toro or lyft to get around here in Juneau. When I originally booked, I arrived and they didn't have a vehicle prepared for me and I had to pay for a lyft to get back home. Then, the car that they gave me the second time around had a gas cover that didn't open when you pulled the lever. So it took two people to put gas in. So when I returned the car, my husband was now out of town, I was then supposed to be charged pump price to fill th

Couldn’t have been a nicer experience. It was smooth, easy, and so quick to check in and out. The vehicle was perfect for my needs and in excellent condition. Given the rainy environment I was surprised there were no mats on the floor, but it made no difference to my experience.

Mark was quick and very personable. We were in and out in no time. We really appreciate Mark’s quick friendliness, knowledge, and quick work.

Rented a vehicle for the day, after getting off a cruise ship. No damage was reported on the paperwork. Drove less than 8 miles, went over a speed bump and the undercarriage began dragging on the road. We tried our best to drive back to the airport, driving under the speed limit with hazards, cut our day short by 6 hours, only to be told that they knew there was an issue with the car. Told me the manager would have to call to discuss a refund. Never received a call. Called enterprise customer service who said they would reach out. Still never received a call. Enterprise charged me the full cost 30 days after the incident. Will never use enterprise again. Definitely don't use juneas enterprise rental services.

I have seen some negative reviews specific to this Juneau location so I wanted to share my experience with renting a car from them. I reserved a compact size car a few months in advance and when I arrived they gave me a mid size car(Toyota Corolla) for the same price. The Enterprise agents I talked to were helpful and friendly. The car was clean and ran excellent. I drove it all over for 7 days and had no issues with the car whatsoever. My flight was leaving before Enterprise opened so I used their night time drop off. Later that same day I received an invoice for the same amount that was quoted on my reservation and my credit card was billed that same amount. Zero issues, everything went perfectly and as expected. Update - August 2021 - I went back to Juneau and had the same kind of exper
