Great communication. Worked well to adjust my vehicle base on need and pricing. Worked with me and provided my insurance rate after my coverage was completed until new vehicle was purchased. Will definitely always use Wnterprise and highly recommend.

Love this store!!! Isaiah, the manager, is a Rockstar as far as I'm concerned. I rent a vehicle roughly every 2 weeks. When I got a flat tire at 4 in the morning in the middle of nowhere and had to pay out of pocket to get it fixed, he gave me credit for an entire day. And now we both always double check the tires. All the employees at this store are amazing in their own right. There are stores closer to me to rent from, I live in walla walla, but I will make the drive to kennewick every time just to rent from this amazing team! 5 stars hands down!!!

This was my first time ever renting a car in my entire life. I always thought it would be a tedious and painful process. But Enterprise made it so simple and worked with me start to finish. Everybody there was great, literally everyone!! but I especially want to thank Alisson. For being the "I got this" person and making it feel like I had a friend who was helping me out..So amazing THANK YOU 😊

0/10 - Terrible Experience Our vehicle broke down, so we rented a car online and entered all required driver's license information. We were assured during booking that we could use a debit card at check-in. However, after ubering across the city, when we arrived, we were refused a vehicle unless we had a credit card. No amount of money for a deposit or debit hold was accepted. Both employees disappeared into the back, leaving us stranded in the lobby with no assistance or explanation. Extremely poor customer service — would not recommend.

They were quick to get me into a vehicle after an accident, and worked with me when I needed a change to my reservation. The customer service is amazing and if I ever need to rent a car again I will be going here.
